De 20 negocios: 4 no pagaban, 10 casi nada y sólo 6 cumplían
Durante varios años estuvieron fallando indistintamente las líneas trifásicas de cinco manzanas de la zona comercial de Polanco, de la parte contigua al Parque, lo que le generó problemas graves de desabasto a la población y a muchos negocios de la zona, ya que hubo ocasiones en que la energía tardaba 36 horas en restablecerse. Los comerciantes y vecinos han tenido que contratar hasta 7 plantas de electricidad portátiles, que costaban, entre la renta y el diesel, unos 3 ó 5 mil pesos diarios cada una, además de plantas fijas para un par de edificios, con costos acumulados de millones en pérdidas para los negocios y problemas graves para los habitantes.
Finalmente miembros de Amigos de Polanco invitaron en Enero a los medios a cubrir el deprimente escenario y Kaboom: aparecieron los de la CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad), y sorpresa, en dos semanas arreglaron lo que la CLF (Compañía de Luz y Fuerza) nunca pudo. Aquí surgieron los porqués de las fallas. Faltaban transformadores y pusieron dos nuevos, cambiaron cableado y revisaron unos 20 locales de alto consumo. De estos 4 no pagaban nada, 10 pagaban un 10 o 20% de lo que deberían y solo 6 cumplían, ya que informaron varios empresarios que tenían arreglos de tranza con empleados de la CLF, pues ellos afirman que si no se ponían de acuerdo con los corruptos empleados, estos no les daban el servicio o les metían multas estratosféricas.
Ahora entiendo porque la CFE tiene solo pérdidas del 10 % de la energía distribuida (a nivel mundial es del 4 al 6%), en cambio la corrupta CLF-SME tenia fugas de 32%, claro por la venta de electricidad por fuera para los bolsillos de los empleados.
Ahora se propuso y aceptó el sistema que eventualmente se usará en a todo Polanco, en el que todos los pequeños negocios que usen más de 10 KW, pondrán en conjunto un transformador comprado por ellos mismos, y en vez de pagar la energía de baja tensión, paguen el precio de media tensión, lo que les abaratará entre un 20 hasta 40% el pago mensual, lo que al nivel actual de consumo lo cubrirían con el ahorro de aprox. seis meses. En cambio los de CLF nunca propusieron esta solución que es legal, pues su negocio era cobrar lo máximo para ellos y para el SME.
Al no estar conectados los negocios a la red de baja tensión que es la de los habitantes, la energía eléctrica requerida por estos fluiría sin problemas de sobrecarga. Una solución que dejó a todos contentos. ¡Bien por la CFE! Esperemos
PD. Aún recuerdo: al prepotente empleado del SME que vino a cortarme la luz cuando se me paso hacerlo dentro del tiempo marcado, por lo que me exigió 200 pesos para darme un día de plazo, sacando con soberbia un fajo de billetes de esa denominación que ya había extorsionado para demostrar lo importante que era, y luego la larga cola y maltrato en la oficina de la vieja compañía, esperemos que no sea así la CFE.
